Consider your mindset.
If you smoke pot a few times a week, make it 1X, consider that your brain is still developing and things like add don't always manifest issues ril you're closer to 25, limit alcohol, keep perspective by recording success.
The word stagnant for me happens when I haven't had clarity to my thoughts or motivation to take action. Both don't seem like my true self, so I work on getting my brain right (entrepreneur, sold a biz, working on another exit).
