I'm basically running this setup with Unraid as my hypervisor. It's definitely doable, but takes a lot of tinkering to get everything up and running and games with super strict anti cheat won't run at all. I would only recommend going this route if you really enjoy tinkering, I'd say finding a cheap second hand PC for your NAS is probably much less work.

You spent more time typing that out than it would have taken to actually check Google's wording. They claim "7 years of OS updates", you're just spreading misinformation.

Every Google search should include an AI answer! Who cares about energy usage, we'll just buy a nuclear power plant!

Seems like you can't find a robo vacuum without a camera these days, anyone not running https://valetudo.cloud/ is asking for trouble.

The charging equipment I use is a normal wall outlet. I have a pretty small commute (maybe 30 miles) and I don't need any special charging equipment to charge that much overnight.

The only time I use a public ev charger is on road trips. I never think about charging unless I'm driving more than 250 miles in a day. The only time I'm spending a full 20 minutes at a charger is if I'm driving closer to 450 miles.

Anyone looking for a free drop in replacement, I've been using Rancher Desktop without any issues https://rancherdesktop.io/

Valve makes infinitely more money off of store fees selling other people's games. Why would they want to make a fraction developing a single game when they can go after Android's 30% cut?

In what way is this like what happened with the civil war? States started leaving the union before Lincoln was even in office, not 3 years into his term

If a game developer can't trust the platform you're developing for, you probably should look to find better business partners.

Right, and blockchain/NFT have nothing to do with that problem. Xbox could have implemented the exact same program without a blockchain, they just wanted the buzzword in the headline.

Because then they wouldn't be able to evangelize NFTs. You see this constantly with crypto/NFT tech, a solution in search of a problem
