Why? It's just a relatively new image format and it's an improvement over what was there before

True, I didn't think of that. But I still play the Wii U version on my PC, even though it could run the Switch version too. To me, those changes are so small that I don't really care all that much. But one thing I just thought of is that with the Wii U version on Cemu, you can actually play online using Pretendo. I haven't figured out how to set it up yet but that would be a reason for me to play the game more again because I've already 100% completed the single player.

Btw, Mario Kart 8 runs way better using Cemu (so the Wii U version). Aside from the new DLC tracks (the ones from the mobile game, they're pretty shit anyway), it's the same game with the same content if you download the DLCs for the Wii U version.

That's really weird. Have you tried if it's something as simple as the cable? You could also try using wireless adb if you can't get it to work over the cable at all. I also always use wireless adb, it still allows Android Studio (or in my case VS Code) to automatically install it on your device but I find it a lot easier anyways because it just connects automatically and you don't have to plug anything in first.

Yeah but sometimes stuff like this works even if it seems to make no sense. If both of your devices are on the same wifi, maybe you can just use something to transfer it using that like KDE Connect. If you don't want to install anything, you could even try using SSH.

I have the same GPU but I always run 7B/8B variants as exl2. Do you use GGUF to use your system RAM?

I don't know how big the original model is but I have an RX 6700 XT and I can easily run the Llama 3 8B distill of Deepseek R1 with 32k context. I just haven't figured out how to get good results yet, it always does the <thinking><thinking/> thing.

Is /sdcard really the correct path? Maybe try /storage/emulated/0? That's the internal storage

Wtf I haven't seen anything like that

Wait, you guys sleep? That's such a waste of time that I could spend scrolling TikTok instead

Wasn't $7.99 the price for standard at some point? I mean, it was easy to predict but they really did just add the option with ads to make it as expensive as the version without ads and then make every other option way more expensive

On one hand, his entire ideology and what he said he wants to do was extremely hateful and even someone who didn't think further into it should have seen that. They voted for him for at least that, deporting immigrants and all that. On the other hand, the rise of fascism is a sytemic issue caused by capitalism. It happens every time the economy isn't doing well, that's why people suddenly started voting for the NSDAP (Hitler's party) too. We're supposed to just write down our favorite party (that we select based on random information we've seen on social media once or who looks the coolest) on a piece of paper every few years, so we feel like we're participating and we can spend the rest of our time working for the rich and consuming their products. We're not supposed to actually take part in how our country is run. We don't have any say in the economy anyway, that's decided by people who just so happened to get rich and the people we elect to act in our interest just get bought out by the rich too.
