Your are the business. Why not just hire some people to train. Build the systems (training material, processes,etc) needed while teaching. Then sell the system as a services franchise over and over again to your trainees?

I paid for Facebook and Google ads.i got views but no bites. I posted on reddit with a coupon code and got a few dozen sales. Almost broke even from my paid stuff.
Albeit I'm just selling a cheap app.

You haven't failed unless you quit. You've just learned many ways on how not to do it.
Irony. I actually started an online store in 1994, but i sucked at marketing so i shut it down.
Id be better at marketing now.
Rent it out. Get a realter or property manager to find you someone that matches your style. Get paid to do nothing.
