To get the maximum compression out of video you should use a video codec like av1 or hevc. WinRAR wont compress video well at all and making it an ISO is also pointless.
I would suggest checking out handbrake for a good user friendly video compression tool.
For lossless compression, things other then video/audio, you should movr to 7zip over winRAR.
Well whatever it is i convert all my downloads these days to be AV1 with AAC video because i prefer open standards.
Ive never cared enough about spatial audio outside of video games so i just convert everything to AAC with tdarr.
Money and lack of scientific reasearch or surgical knowledge are i think your primary limiting factors.

Sports are stupid and people should just give less of a shit about them in general. Its not the end of the world for a person just because they cant play sports.
Not a single trans person i know actually gives a shit about sports, if being in womens sports is part of the agenda its pretty far down the list. Youd think based on how much its talked about there is some kind of massive invasion when nothing is really happening (hmm a familiar strategy). Most of these people who pretend to care can't even name 3 women in the sport theyre pretending to rage about, let alone name a trans women whos dominating in a given sport.
Its because not enough people pushed back over the "bathrooms" because so few people even feel "comfortable" using a public rest room at all and just want to be left alone. They cant convince liberals all trans people are bathroom rapists but its a lot easier to do with sports when some of the same HRT meds is what cis people use to gain an advantage in some sports, its very easy to mudy the waters that way and shift public opinion.
A good guess but so far as i can tell they dont actually message people directly outside of the initial contact. The chat rooms are barely active but ive been idling on the matrix for days and nothing.
I dont use plugs any more but i used to, i found a sleep mask that has headphone speakers built in playing an audiobook or white noise is ideal for me.
They make different kinds, some might be more comfortable than others. I am indeed a real person, who has experience sleeping in very loud environments.
