As a gay person who lives with autism, I am doubly offended

The lead developer, Ikey, has created two distributions before and a desktop environment. He gets far in a rather short amount of time and catches a lot of attention then loses interest and vanishes. While he is a very skilled developer, I wouldn't personally want to be invested in anything he creates out of fear that the pattern repeats.

Above 0 temperatures and clear skies? Wow. I'm envious

I wonder if you can slap an RPI and controller rails to the screen case and then just use it as a steam remote client.

I don't know if this is relevant but my BenQ monitor will only turn on for Bazzite when I disconnect all other HDMI connectors and its the only screen left.

Flathub or Gnome-software? Must be an error in the flatpak metadata

Yes but do you use PiHole and a solid VPN? Do you spoof your browser's useragent? Even then, some would argue that you are not safe enough from Google's prying eyes.

I've been subject to the same treatment by a white person in Canada. Three out of my 5 colleagues were from India because apparently they were the only ones that could take it. They didn't fire me they made my life hell until I quit because of my mental health crisis. They made me sign bad performance reviews, the manager and her assistant shouted and screamed at me and made me work on holidays and kept accusing me of things that are not true until I quit. They did this to other people as well and no one had any grounds to sue them because they knew how to play the game. It's not just Indians that do this in Canada. Some Canadians do it too. This happen in the national capital region no less.

To skirt Canadian employment laws, a previous employer gave me unrealistic targets and even when I acheived them she would say I'm underperforming. This exists in every country. Employers will always find a way to make it look like the employee quit of their own volition.

I think part of the issue is the individualistic culture of Ottawa. Everyone just minds their own business to a fault here.

You could probably build something decent for CAD$1000. Canada computers often have massive discounts on a lot of items. US$700 to CAD$1000 is not that far apart. The console would probably still be more performant but the point is, the prices are not that far apart anymore.

What helps me is listening to music with repeating sounds. It paces me and allows me to keep doing things for a longer period of time.
