He missed 70 games last year and the team is better with him off the floor this year

The original team could sign him to the max if they have the cap space because they don't have Bird rights to exceed the cap. Playing for less than 3 years makes the player a RFA. The max another team could offer is the non-tax MLE in year 1, a 5% raise in year 2, 25% of the cap in year 3, a 5% raise over year 3 in year 4

Games still have a road/home team designation even if it's played at a neutral site

Prediction: Only good teams will make the top 8, no surprise team that gets hot at the right time and makes it far

But when someone tries to bring on turnovers

Why do turnovers suddenly matter?

If it made the league more money they'd change it, instead they've added a few more games with the play-in and in season tournament

Now you might ask, wouldn't the upper teams just load manage if they clinch a spot for the next round. NO, they would not because after each round W-L record will be reset

Why would this stop load management if your record resets? Just be top 12, top 8, top 4 each round instead of gunning for a top 1/2 seed

over/under was 23.5, your team was worse than expected

TL;DR: We will get better at an average of 73% turning our 22 wins into 38.

Even in this fantasy you need to weight the players minutes
