I started adding YouTube and moved to posting images to the blog on my website and directing people there instead of direct sharing to socials. Short term growth in terms of “followers” will naturally be affected but it does insure me a bit from the death of a platform

I kinda get it. Only sharing details with people who actually support them rather than Joe Public.

Plus I feel that letting the art stand alone without specifying the details of its capture has its merits. We shouldn’t expect every photographer on social media to teach, most just want to share their work.

Stephen Milner was good but appears to have stopped for a bit now

A mate of mine James Elam has started his own recently and convinced me to try to get back into it myself :) coughshamelessselfplugcough

Another guy here in NZ Paul Belli is getting into it too
