Ah yes the same Hooper who made blunders in the Liverpool Spurs game earlier in the season. Great idea to bring him back for another big game. Actually scrap that, even the likes of Luton deserve a proper referee. He shouldn't be involved in the game. At this point they have to be doing this on purpose. It is honestly ridiculous. I say this as a Liverpool fan. City were robbed there.

What independent regulator? The one Neville keeps pushing forward? I've heard nothing concrete about that and in my opinion that would be years away before the FA and all prem teams agree to what the regulator has control over.
