This,I am now paying for Nebula since a signicant amount of creators I follow are there and when Im on yt Im pretty sure they arent making much money from me

I own a 6700xt and also play in 2k - there's a great price quality relationship with this card and it performs great. This card will absolutely do the job and way more than enough - Unless you want to experience ray-tracing or VR but also linux sadly is not the best platform for those features
Tacos and burritos could absolutely meet this criteria If you're doing them well at home, with the most unhealthy thing being the tortilla itself (You could argue that those are empty calories). Of course that means no sour cream or cheap cheese abuse among other things
If you ever give up on spotify, ViMusic is an FOSS app on F-Droid that is compatible with androod auto (you have to enable developer options first for 3rd party apps but it is fairly easy and quick to do)
