Personally, besides the record, that's why I choose Sirianni (also, I'm a homer). But, he had the best record in the league after losing both OC and DC last year to head coaching jobs, and his new OC is already getting head coaching looks.

He also deserved it his 2nd season with the Eagles, but of course, media darling McVay won, despite Dougie P beating them that year, too.

I'm married to a Steeler fan, so I've been watching him closely for a while now and I absolutely agree. I don't think he'll win it this year, but it's amazing he's never won one.
