It’s cuz he’s 33 and has 1 maybe 2 really good seasons since he was 26. He is really consistent though and that is very underrated.

I am using ESPN’s QBR Metric along with total QB wins as a starter this season. 33 Quarterbacks are qualified. To qualify, a player must play a min. Of 20 action plays per team game.
