For example, short barrelled rifles are still heavily regulated. Pistols aren't nearly as regulated.

Guns are a wedge issue. If you have more rural voters, you want to show that your pro-gun. If you have more urban voters, then you want to show you're pro gun control.

I wonder what the reasons were. Probably some had allergies or some minor shit like that. With the amount of waivers these days, there's probably only 20 people in the military who are actually fit for service
