In this context, it means praiseworthy. If a person describes something as based, they are commending that thing; however, it is also commonly used in an ironic way. People will praise something that shouldn't be praised in situations where it would be humorous.

My workout playlist consists of anime openings and Power Metal. I don't watch anime nor play D&D, but I like the fast-paced and fantasy/superhero style.

Automatic watches and grandfather clocks. The way they kept track of time using only mechanical principles is crazy. How does my automatic watch recharge itself using only the movement from wearing it and keep accurate track of time. Grandfather clocks are cool because they're so power efficient.

  1. The ball was red
  2. It was a man
  3. They wore a t-shirt and jeans
  4. A small sized ball, like a stress ball
  5. It was a plain wooden table made out of cheap particle board or laminated wood.

I had to think of questions to these answers after they were asked. The only things that I already knew were it was a red stress ball and that it was a cheaply made wooden table. I imagined that the ball simply began rolling towards the edge of the table. The person was amorphous at best.

I don't think I have aphantasia, but I do think I have a weak imagination. When I try to conjure an object or place, it's always like I'm peering through a keyhole. Like an image with too much vignette. The objects are usually non-descript and are more like concepts than things.

I woke up too early for this. I thought the sunrise was at 6:30, but it was actually at 7:30.

This photo was taken using a $10 zoom lens I picked up from the flea market. It was almost certainly taken off of an old film camera.

I use Mull as my daily driver. It works well. It tends to break some sites, so I keep Fennec as a backup.

It might be Mint or an issue with your laptop. I've been using Arch for a while and haven't had major performance issues. Before I used Arch, I used Pop!OS and didn't have any issues either. What are your laptop specs? Have you already looked into Nvidia Optimus? Have you tried other distros?

I'm trying to setup an invidious instance with Docker, but it isn't completing.

invidious_1 | 2023-08-27 17:23:46 UTC [info] 200 GET /api/v1/comments/jNQXAC9IVRw 479.27ms

It's been giving the same message for over an hour, and I can't connect to the web interface either. Any ideas?

I'm most looking forward to investing in stocks.
