It's intriguing to me because I seem to remember one of the major problems we had with him was team discipline, and that seems like the sort of thing that you could be better at as an older, more experienced coach.
Is it possible that he's better with a team that has an established culture and is just looking for someone to inspire them? That's not usually the case with HC openings, but the Raiders seem like the type of team to be interested in him anyway.
