It's not that the game is going soft, it's that it seems like every pass is a screen or checkdown. It's boring as fuck to watch.

Brady is 100% right. The NFL is boring as hell to watch now. Offense is all checkdowns and screens. Waiting for defense to catch up....

Even the stars suck with inconsistency, though. It's part injuries, part similar coaching styles (checkdown checkdown screen), the run game is hardly a threat anymore.
