In my case it helped greatly to tell others that i have a fear of human touch even though that was not accurate at all but others understood easier and knew what to dont.
[the rest you can skip, i got carried away a bit]
Then at some point i actually developed a fear without noticing: fear of the touch consequences. In retrospect it was very stressful with all the mindfulness to track everyones movements and directional intentions.
After switching schools i could not avoid others anymore and did go into confrontation therapy (handshakes & hugs, mostly worked because i was the one innitiating/controlling) which got rid of the hyperventilating panic and switched it to something mostly neutral and dependent to person. But except my bf and close family i dont seek out touches activly because i still feel it.
It probably helps against making it worse. My father always told about the 30-30-30 rule.
Every 30 minutes
For 30 seconds
Looking at least 30 Meters into the distance
Yes but how much?
Even better when having some sirup at home (but dont put the sirup into the soda bottles especially before adding soda)
It helped me a great deal to get a hydration backpack usually intended for sports. I dont even leave the pc a lot but its 3L of water storage that can be consumed while having both hands free (except start&end for like 3 seconds). It needs a bit of getting used to drinking out of a mouth piece but else its the most convinient way of drinking water
Are Tim Apple and John Apple somehow related?
Like the other comment: unspoilered apider is bad. I agree that spiders are nice "self sustaining pets" (and i think they cute) but please dont scare people because someone olse rubbed you the wrong way. Fear is sadly an AOE attack
interesting how the human body can develop such perfect planes of nerves, and not only one but three of them
i think that is autim or however its spelled
Happy cake day
