At least in the german IT sphere i heard "Kein Backup, keine Gnade"/"No Backup, no pity" relativly often.
To make sure that people understand that data loss is preventable and if they fail to secure their data its their fault.
Even tho that sentence got ingrained, actual practices not...
So i dont follow the 3-2-1 gold standart but just use one external drive where i copy files manually to...
