As other users have pointed out, the graphic is incorrect, mixing up "Pot B" and "Pot C". Here is the correct allotment:

To what extent is promotion and relegation discussed, debated, sought after, or planned in Australia? Here in the States it is a discussion of... dubious reputation, depending on who you ask, unfortunately.

Salary caps don't aid parity, they just screw over labor for the sake of billionaires' bottom line. It's a myth owners tell fans to get them to be okay with it.

"Revenue sharing* is what creates parity. Call me when the big European leagues starting doing that American-style.
