Can the Code change the Extra Fields? (alien.top)

i tried Google but theres no real results because its to vague of a question asked, can the 4 Extra Fields for " Your homepage, pronouns, age, anything you want. " be increased to more in the Code without using Glitch.Soc?

Thanks, i did these but no change and as mentioned the API tells me its working just the website doest.

i used a Tutorial to change the Character Limit from Mastodon from 500 to 10000 Chars, it all went well no errors, i recompiled and reloaded with "systemctl restart mastodon-sidekiq.service mastodon-streaming.service mastodon-web.service"

when i use

https://blog.xxxxxxxx.xyz/api/v2/instance it even shows

statuses
max_characters 10000
registrations:

max_toot_chars 10000

so everything well uh? no i still can only post 500 characters somehow? any reason?

Setting up Mastodon with no Domain (alien.top)
 

Hello,

i run a Mastodon instance under a domain that is pre-setup by a Hoster, but i want full control so i bought a own VPN and setup mastodon after a Tutorial (https://zap-hosting.com/guides/docs/vserver-linux-mastodon/) it worked like a charm, but...

i cant Configure the Webserver, domain and Certbot to my Domain because i first want to make sure the Mastodon Instance is perfectly working under my IP before i set it up with the Domain and replace my old Server

How do you do that? i started all Services but my IP still only shows a 403 Forbidden Error...
