Unless Bill is killed in Germany I don't see this happening. Hell id be shocked if they didn't let him go until he surpassed Shula as a thank you for all he's done.

The only eligible multi time Super Bowl Champion QB not in the Hall is Jim Plunkett. Eli is getting in if people like it or not. People consider Ben a lock but he's got the distinction of having the worst performance of a winning QB and one of two multi time winners with no Superbowl MVP(other is Bob Griese).
