This reminds me of the Ashley Madison leak.

Like, obviously, these people are awful, and I'm not sad that they're having a shitty day, but I find it hard to cheer for this kind of vigilante justice. If they haven't done anything illegal, they shouldn't be doxxed, and if they have done something illegal, then they should be reported to the police.

Sad to see a young fella make such bad choices.

Very greatful no one was hurt

Well now, this is a very sad article. It seems the harder we row forward towards climate action, the harder regressives row backwards. Worse yet, they seem to be stronger rowers

And I didn't realize there was a Council of Jewish Parliamentarians.

The more you know.

ICJP - International Centre of Justice for Palestinians

Where'd you get Council of Jewish Parliamentarians?

Looks like English to me

I'm still pissed about the hotline.

Yeah, this is pretty much what I figured was going on with the green belt fiasco. They just didn't expect people to care as much as they did, and they didn't expect the corruption to be exposed.

Woah.

Expelling 2/3rds of our diplomats is quite an escalation.

[–] MyFeetOwnMySoul@lemmy.ca 5 points 1 year ago

Oof. Strong point.

What an unpleasant way to die

I think the whole Canadian military could use an overhaul. It'd be pretty sweet if the Canadian military specialized in disaster relief, and medical capabilities. Our military could be regularly deployed within our borders for forest fires, hurricanes, and the like. Plus: if we trained a fuck load of medical staff in the military, then they might filter into provincial healthcare systems post-retirement.

Its a little weird to have thousands of people just waiting around for a war to break out.

Stay classy Bridgewater -_-

I swear I saw this commercial on tv as a kid (2000s).

The commercial features an old couple and the plot is basically that one of them buys lemons, forgets that they bought lemons, and then the other one keeps finding them in strange places.

Now, I cannot, for the life of me, find this commercial on the internet and I'm starting to wonder if it was all a dream.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Better yet, does anyone have this commercial?
