A player with as many off the court issues as him will never reach a consistent high. It will never be worth it. USC, the Cavs, and the Rockets all used team resources to get him help and it ended up with him burning bridges in crazy incidents.

Mobley long ago established this consistent high floor of being this 16ppg guy while being one of the top 5 defenders in the league. He's playing next to guys where sometimes he'll barely touch the ball in a half but he'll still come out of nowhere and have amazing high IQ winning plays on both ends. This is a player who clearly has "it" and will put it together soon.
