Protips:

  • walk everywhere fast. About as fast as if you don't get to the toilet immediately, there will be a serious accident
  • when someone asks 'How are you?' or how you're going, the first words out of your mouth are "Busy" or "Flat out!". Adding anything after that is optional.
  • Bonus points for always being the one to initiate the break off in a conversation. Look at watch, "Well, I gotta run, XYZ is due...."
  • The immaculate hat-trick is combining all three without breaking stride as you blast last someone

Err, no. No, it isn't.

Now I'm thinking about the poor toilet bowl, the mess in the toilet. And how it's definitely gonna be left in the next toilet in a pub I have to visit πŸ˜₯

The 'brands' they are displaying.

I see people checking me and others out. What runners are they? Jordans or KMart? Is that a Lacoste or walmart? Is that a real Rolex or D&G handbag?

But for me, it's not judging them like you think.

I judge them flashing brands as a sign of insecurity, a need to appear wealthy and 'fit in', and a likely 'keep up with the Jones' jealous type.

So, I actually feel sad for them.

And, yes, I am aware it's super judgemental and I'm no doubt hypocritical as well, as there are some things I will buy certain brands for.

You could always use the Page Information to get the Created and Last updated from the web server.

Oh, wait. All the pages are dynamically generated,.so both of those are dated now. πŸ˜₯

I went down the Pi 4B with Kodi path. It wasn't very reliable. It was just sometimes when I went to watch something, it just was broken. And I had to go through troubleshooting instead of watching whatever I had turned it on for.

I ended up with an Amazon firestick. Even using Kodi (and smarttube) on that works faster and more reliably.

But then I have the Amazon firestick nosing around in everything I do lol. But I did disconnect my TV from the internet....

I avoid Sony altogether nowadays.

They pulled linux off the PS3. Then years later I bought a Sony XZ Premium phone and they removed screen sharing Miracast from that.

Fooled me twice. No more shame on me.

What should I have said?

"Wow, sadly I think it means that person has some serious mental issues, and we should get them some help.

Are you feeling okay? Do you want me to call someone for you?"

Does up=off for British light switches? That’s unhinged

It's sensible. It stops the electrons from falling out!
