I just can’t believe what I’m hearing. People buy 700 dollar headphones over 150 ones just for the tuning? I’m pretty new to this rabbit hole of a hobby so I guess I have no idea.
Higher Ohms or less sensitivity to me means “more” driver coils. There has to be a difference in resolution somehow. Or correct me if I’m wrong lol.
Looking for a solid headphone to run with a Fiio K5 or K7 this Black Friday. I’ve never experienced Hifi before.
Here’s what I need:
-Instrument separation and high resolution
-Good Imaging for occasional FPS
-Extremely deep bass extension for car and flight simulators (I absolutely love the low roar of vehicle engines). I’m talking single digit Hz lol
-Below 500
I do EQ the 38X to Oratory’s preset.
