Poilieve's campaign manager is an active lobbyist for Loblaws. Conservatives are way ahead in the polls.

Things are going to go from unaffordable to starving.

Some Millennials are now in their forties. "Now is the time?" Now it's too late. These generations have missed so many milestones. We don't need "progress in delivering policies" - whatever the hell that means. We need to afford a house, food, and other necessities for life. We want to start families of our own. At this point, we all know nothing will happen.

I've been burned before using crowdfunding. I'll believe it when I see it for sale, and then I'll get one

But, "nobody wants to work", "there's a labour shortage"...etc..etc..

It's almost like we can't survive when our capitalist overlords don't want to provide decent wages.

Every "Why?" question when it comes to the motives of business people and corporations in a capitalist system can be answered with:

Money. The pursuit of endless profit at the expense of everything else.

But, according to the government, "we have a labour shortage".

If there's one thing I think of when I think RBC, it's "ethics". I do hope she gets a reasonable severance package. Perhaps a modest $10 million.

The chemtrail nutjobs are going to lose their minds even more.

If you can't find workers, pay more and people will come. It's not a labour shortage. It's an abundance of greed.

My baby boomer parents worked in factories because they could afford a family and buy a house. I don't work in that factory because wages are stagnant. There's no incentive for employers to increase them when you can simply exploit overseas workers who will work for a pittance.

There is no labour shortage.

I doubt it.

Didn't our PM just say yesterday that we have a labour shortage?

Singh should be on that list. I figure he'll jump ship after his pension. It's all he cares about at this point.
