I would switch to nano influencer marketing. Nano influencers have between 1k-10k followers and often take free stuff in exchange for sponsored content. 5-10 influencers can have amazing results.

If your "idea" person has no funding then step one is to create an email list of some kind and then launch a GoFundMe or a Kickstarter. Marketing is how ideas turn into businesses.
My advice is list them on a personal website, but not on your resume. If anyone asks if you have startup experience, be honest and say yes but they didn't last long.
I am glad you understand that. Being happy is not about having so much money you can't spend it all before you die. It's about finding some reason to care about the world and a work/life balance that workd for you. :)
All you need to do is commit. Maybe track down a b2c nano influencer in the sports niche and launch an email gathering campeign. Don't second guess yourself, you got this!
That sounds like it might be the next big thing for social media, I say do it!
Maybe expand on it? You could offer a holiday coloring book or page with the letter or even make a whole site on Xmas focused print at home Holiday Content.
That is so cute! I agree that it's not very practicle, but it sounds fun.
Try I am a Rosie or zirtual both are virtual assistant platforms.
