If one were to take an artistic photograph of a retro Nike sneaker, and then sell that photo, would there be a legal obligation to Nike? in c/photography@viewfinder.pro

So take it one step further, would it be actionable to include a photo of a product in a book, or would it be looked on as free advertising by the company?
