Just be patient. Idk about FF, but Spider-Man 2 is definitely coming to PC. I'm not surprised it happened, but a little surprised how quickly it happened. Basic vsync worsens response time, often by a lot. I'd take screen tearing over vsync.
If it takes over the video it would be. I pause YT videos all the time to read something that didn't stay on screen long enough.
