There was a post of a '90s vintage Seiko 5 "Superior" with this same dial pattern. This color looks a lot nicer, IMO. Hopefully Seiko will release this dial in perhaps some other color ways. Perhaps as a Presage? I didn't see that post...

I have a 1984 Rolex OP Date with 34mm, and my wrist is 7-1/4", it looks and feels fine to me. Yours looks great. My largest watch is 43mm, and it also wears fine. Different look/uses, but it really is a matter of personal perspective & opinion. I kinda think, as a rule for me, around 39-40mm is my sweet spot, but everyone is different. That is a great office/dress size for you.
