A 1927 Bulova Lone Eagle. It was an impulse buy. I liked the look and it was cheap enough to take a gamble on (~$100). It's by far my most formal watch. It gets wrist time when the French cuffs get wrist time.

He's also rich enough to do absolutely nothing. Some artists decide that if they ever get to a point there they're not enjoying it, instead of phoning it in they'll just retire.

Look at women's watches, there are several that are just smaller versions of classic styles. For example Timex markets the Expedition Field Mini as a women's watch, but it's also good for a kid who wants a grown up looking field watch.
