I don’t disagree with your analysis, but I have to point out that it is based on a small sample size, much too soon to draw conclusions. One big problem with this approach, you say several times tat if you throw out a stinker or two you get much better results. But if you throw out a great game or two, you get much worse results! In statistics, it is sometimes valid to toss the bottom result or two, but then you must also throw out the top result or two and examine what remains. Bottom line, it is just too early to draw conclusions about quarterback Howell.
