You shouldn't have to take a cut in pay for this. Productivity has increased and the benefits of the productivity increase has only gone to the ultra wealthy.

Individual Canadians buying additional properties are definitely adding to the problem and should be taxed very very heavily.
Conservative premiers across the country have abolished rent control and created a situation where the wealthy have several income properties ruining everything. Liberals are totally cool with it too. Tax domestic speculators. Encourage public housing at federal and provincial levels. Never vote Conservative.

Yes. The evidence is the housing market in 2023. Tax domestic speculators. Regulate the hell out of them. They are the main reason that everything is so screwed.
Electoral reform should be number one priority. Once that's fixed then housing as electoral reform would help resolve a lot of this issues in our current system.
