I got a pair of Sony wf1000xm5 buds a few days ago and I expected them to have very good noise cancellation, but since I got them I think that the noise cancellation is pretty weak.
When I switch then from ANC on to ANC off I barley notice a difference at all.
When I listen to music loudly I start to notice it, I can't hear people that are close to me and don't talk too loudly but in public, even if I listen to music I hear a lot of my surroundings.
Is it supposed to be this way/is this normal?
Because the main reason I bought the buds was because the noise cancellation was supposed to be top notch
