Yep, backwards ass drugs laws caused this. Fuck prohibition. I always do whatever I can to help Korean and Japanese people get high as fuck whenever they are in a more free country than their home.

You can also torrent all movies. That way if you want to watch it again later on you don't need to download the whole thing again like you would with streaming. Streaming is really just downloading without saving.

Well yeah, I'm probably not the only daily active user who stopped visiting all together... after 10+ years of daily active use. They brought this on themselves.

Yep, it's been well established for a while. I learned about this 25+ years ago in elementary school. But instead of doing anything since then, we added 2 billion people to the population.

It's not even contrarian for me, I think children viewing porn fundamentally improves society provided they receive appropriate context through discussions with trusted adults (like parents). And those discussions only happens when people become more comfortable talking about these things, which restrictions do not help at all.

I also completely support children seeing video footage of executions, dead bodies and the severely malnourished with a trusted adult (like a teacher) to provide context. This improves society, and is how I learned about various things, like the horrors of the Holocaust, accurately.

I never claimed having kids wasn't a financial endeavor. I'm just pointing out that people with more income have on average less kids... because they do. I didn't suppose the cause of this correlation at any point. But yes, I'd agree education is a huge part of the cause of this correlation.

But like, why? If it's items of necessity we are talking about... just keep raising the prices, it's not like we have a choice anyway right? Why would they cost themselves potential profits like that? Why would it matter if we figured it out?

Tobacco companies must love anti-ecig regulations like that lol.

Yes, like I said, we already know all this. I agree with all your points. But no one is willing to do anything about it that makes a meaningful difference. All the things you describe were essentially the same 25 years ago when I first learned about this.

Here is a source for within the USA.

The more money one makes, the more free they are to make the choice not to have children.

Within borders it's also the same pattern.
