If one were to take an artistic photograph of a retro Nike sneaker, and then sell that photo, would there be a legal obligation to Nike? in c/photography@viewfinder.pro

sold as a fine art print, like and editioned piece of art? no problem. Sold in walmart as a commercial product...nope that's not ok. You can sell anything you want if it's a work of art but not a commercial product.

shutter drag, slow shutter speed with flash, took the pic with the flash then moved the camera while the shutter was open to get the moving lights
