It's a Notebook with an iGPU, it's not meant to play heavy games. It's thermal is quite high while gaming but that's because the default fan curve is very high. On most titles, 1080p 60fps is pretty consistent(Linux).

Yes, got it up and working in Virt-Manager with some tweaks and drivers. However I use Linux host and Ubuntu guest. My guess is Windows is an easier process using VirtIO drivers.
If you know they're being overrun with RMA and sp ticket, why are you complaining? I'm in batch 4 and I got a defective keyboard, the RMA process took 2 weeks to complete but I recognized that Framework is new and product can have defect. You're not the only person who have issue with your FW, so be patient. I do think you're "Framework Karen" for posting this, you acknowledged the difficulties they're facing yet you still think you're entitled a better service time.

With the current rate, I did say ~2weeks each batch prob end of next month. It's highly likely to ship before next year.
The case is made out of CNC metal. The shell will break before the laptop. If you want to avoid dent and scratch, I recommend dbrand laptop skin.
