If you have a power meter you can try out zwift or rouvy. You can see yourself riding specific routes on screen and they have workout programs that prompt change of intensity. Otherwise I think GCN has some follow along youtube videos, and there might be others as well.

We found an apartment in our dream location! Moving from a big flat city with boring surroundings to a small town in the mountains. Our apartment has a view of an orchard and vegetable garden and our dog can run around in a shared garden. We go up in size and down in price as well, even though there is a train connection of only 20 minutes to a big town. Moving there next week and I'm sooo excited. We are both procrastinators and managed to find the apartment and sign the contract two weeks before moving date.. phew.
I am dutch and I have never heard of this issue/myth. Even tour de grance cyclists manage to have kids just fine after 20 years of full time cycling, so I wouldn't worry.
So then.. only when soup has croutons is it the same thing as cereal. I feel enlightened.
Dry soup is just a salad

I don't know if it's the same in every hospital, but my experience is that when you get to the hospital, a nurse will talk with you about the surgery plan and your medical background/medication etc. This is the person you can tell about your ASD and ask for some extra guidance if needed. Also be prepared that for a while you might be prepped for surgery without anything to distract you (no phone, headphones or your glasses on) and just waiting, as this is usually the most difficult part for me. One thing that helps me distract myself in those times is to think of a nice story prompt before the day and than try to write that story in my head.
Even if this were a grown man.. how is peeing in public a jail sentence or probation?? Here you just get a fine. Or am I too european to understand?
I'm so sorry this is happening to you! When my thoughts are in a downward spiral grounding exercises work amazing, like playing catch against a wall, listing 5 things I can see, four things I can touch etc. Or trying to think of a plant/famous person/animal for every letter of the alphabet. This helps get me through the short-term when the long-term feels overwhelming.
The person giving out the papers would be the dishonest one in this case. He could grab papers for himself or hand out more than one to a friend.
