He's been using it before you, in your industry. Any way you try is a dick move and IMO setting yourself up on a crappy foundation.

He can challenge anything you do by filing a trademark at any time and showing he has been using it before you, in your area, in your industry.

Legally I am not sure but can get annoying, expensive and IMO a bad move.

What was your post , if not hustle porn? I got 25k a month and feel nothing.. not exactly a fount of knowledge.

I don't disagree with your sentiment but I also don't see it being any different than posts that make an attractive sales number and prove no real value.

Do it yourself. Learn what it takes. What you'll need to renew. It will be one of the easiest steps in running a business.

Please give me any and all brutally honest feedback. As there is a somewhat unique feature/functionality I would love feedback on how clear/prominent it is. There are a handful of photos I am retaking and adding some lifestyle shots but for the most part it is complete.https://www.davesmeatandnuts.com/

Do yourself a favor and hire a business accountant
