This poster does not inspire confidence. That helmet and the overall dull tone is not great. Still, I wouldn't write off a Nolan movie based on the poster alone.

It better, because I'll drop Firefox like the others.

Is this that late-stage capitalism I keep hearing about?

It's fun to see them with their masks off. Those "alpha male" types loved that, I'm sure.

Who gives a shit about some podcast bros widow? What were they thinking? This Zionist stooge is too funny. Boycott CBS.

Bring it on! Things must get a lot worse before they're going to get better.

Yup, mindless slop for the piggies.

[–] Tempus_Fugit@midwest.social 4 points 2 weeks ago

I'm pretty convinced the result will be the same. More garbage slop for the piggies that consume it. The silver lining is that I don't care about their content anymore.

Netflix brought in the meta of slop content that took the industry by storm. None of this slop catches my attention, so go ahead. I won't consume this crap regardless of who makes it. The greed of it all shows in the finished product, which is all it is to them, a product. Art has been sold out for a quick buck.

This seems to be the way things are going. On the plus side all of this has pushed me outside more. I've been picking up cheap or free outdoor activities that I now love. Birding and amateur photography have been my latest passions and they can be pretty cheap.

My cynical mind is screaming this is going to be a dud that leaves me more cynical and disappointed. I sure hope I'm wrong.

I was in the middle of making dinner when this happened. I'm grateful I poured it into a measuring cup first. Thankfully I don't live too far from another source.

I remember milk staying good almost a week past its expiration date when I was a kid. Boy have the times changed.

Maybe not the cookie cutter band the zeitgeist wants, but a sick band nonetheless.

Snapped this photo while out for a walk today. I also snapped this seagull right before.

A few friends and I went trail riding today. We stopped for a moment and the sun popped out to highlight the colors. I'll have to go back in a few weeks when they're in full swing.

Less than ideal lighting makes for a fun photo.

I can't afford a house, but I can afford a delicious breakfast.

Legitimately my favorite breakfast dish and you can make it for under $1.50 and in less than 10 minutes.

Two pieces of buttered toast = $.19

One avocado = $.59

Two over easy eggs = $.43

Sriracha

A few drops of lemon juice

Everything bagel seasoning
