Nah even when Murray and Mitchell were popping off, before the tourney even started, people were discounting the bubble ring.
People don't realize that lou will, pat bev, and trez all had family members die while in the bubble. It makes sense that they were out of it but people don't care about context.
Russ was our main playmaker, getting others their shots. Again, we lose without him, even with his poor shooting
If you watched the game though even though he went 3-19 he played great defense the whole game and was clutch on offense in the late 4th quarter at least. Clippers don’t win that game without Russ. However I do disagree with the idea that Russ carried he was just a key contributor. Kawhi was the main factor in the win by far.
