register is way too lenient with those lawmakers. at least link to eff.org, e.g: their resource hub about age verification. there is a whole section about how banning VPNs won't work and is a stupid idea.

if you run into the same problem again: use a soaking wet cutting board and knife. use the back of the knife to push single spaetzle over the board into hot water. dont forget to re-wet before putting the next load onto the board.

obviously the thing OP suggested is much better. but i am certain you make better progress than with a juicer.

SS Scum? is that, what the username means?

you are mostly right. anti cheat is somewhat more effective with kernel level access. also, it is infinitely more dangerous and creepy to run on your machine.

however, if the devs can get rid of just a couple more cheaters - they will absolutely insist on the more intrusive versions. it is not their machine after all.

i see two variants on how to solve this issue:

  • let your wallet speak. this failed long ago IMO
  • remind the devs, that a client is never to be trusted. if i had the time, i would probably make a sport out of breaking kernel level anti cheat and distribute it for free 😈

still bad quality. but compression hasn't gotten that bad yet...

so yes, holidays. if not specifically unpaid leave, all holidays should be paid. sick is not time off anyway. it is recovering, so company resources are used appropriately: not making others sick and being 100% as soon as possible (instead of a zombie at work).

thanks for the response!

what in the world is PTO? best guess from context is holidays. but why would anyone make it a 3 letter acronym? i am sure any 3 letter acronym has at least 3 different meanings in different contexts...

but if PTO actually is holidays, yes take them. don't let some third world country grifters, like you find them often in the usa, redefine words and take away basic things - just because they call it slightly different.

again displaying, that DRM only hurts legitimate users. a pirate has never had the problem of backing up, moving or sharing his library...

Also a good option to have these "blocks" synced over multiple accounts. I did not think of uBlock Origin at all. Thanks for the Suggestion!

That would be a great feature. I highly dislike the algorithm YouTube & co serve - as it is designed like a tar pit, just to keep you scrolling.

But a Human curated list is basically like getting recommendations from a colleague.
