As I always said when I was on it, don’t sweat the downvotes. Reddit has an algorithm that games the voting system, in both directions. I would post something that would be immediately downvoted, and five minutes later it had ten upvotes. I would post an article that would have a thousand upvotes, and my karma breakdown would show…ten. (I would post something and be downvoted to hell; someone else would post the exact same thing and get 500 upvotes.) Don’t worry about the karma.

What republicans? I see tv ads with obama touting the redistricting effort. What ads are the republicans looking at? And since when does reuters want a subscription? 😠

Just tap on the link and you should be in. It's not asking me for a login… (but I've only been doing this a couple weeks, too. 😁)

What I'm noticing is the increase in shadow banning (or at least I assume that’s what’s happening); you see a post with x number of comments, and open it up and only one or two are visible. Particularly if it’s a post that might be even slightly controversial.

-made me smile-

anybody else old enough to remember Pearl Jam testifying before congress on this? Just me? Ok... -sneaks off-

Little was fired on March 20 following an internal investigation that Thomson Reuters launched after she and 169 other employees urged the company’s leadership to halt its contracts with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the suit contends.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out. (Have to sign in to read the whole article, but you can see the first couple paragraphs.)

Robinhood??

They’re all going to get away with everything, aren’t they?
