I’m not all that shocked. All the Loblaws corp and Galen has is empty platitudes with the hope of making more money.

The vacuum is on and if they’re not maxing out their returns from farmers and the general public their board is calling for someone’s head. They have no mercy.

They are a cancer on this society and I wish the boycott went on forever and actually put them out of business to show we don’t fuck around but the public at large are lazy and passive.

Unfortunately that’s a very subjective and naive point of view

Library of Alexandria burning down for the modern era

That requires the valuation to drop. A ton of people just go with what they know and are only fuelling it, creatures of habit and convenience and whatnot.

True!!

Insanely, unbelievably true.

Out of all the people on any sort of “hand out” I think the remarkably insignificant are proud of the fact or want to be.

The fact is that those dollars are INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT TO THOSE PEOPLE.

And for every family that may HAVE to take them, once again, notice the distinction as you mentioned, not WANT, there is a chance that those pittances will help them survive another month, and possibly get one step closer to being their own actor in pulling out of the shitty, no good, bullshit that is poverty.

For every dollar that rich fucks hoard, a needy family could spend in our economy.

Hoarding does no good and only fuels inflation.

Agreed. You’re at the mercy of your USB controllers as well as southbridge in that case.

You’re adding more things that can go wrong.

Generally HBA/RAID cards are usually built for enterprise rather than consumer so they’re usually more reliable as well.

Definitely. They’ve gone for the stick instead of the carrot if they’re looking to juice PSN numbers, and gamers are a notoriously outspoken bunch.

How they thought this would just fly without an uproar after such a great launch is way beyond me.

Hell you can even just change desktop environments to shake things up as well.

If this is black magic, will I be subject to some sort of witch trial in the near future?
