I firmly believe that a team should always trade away it's first and second round picks for more picks or proven players. Missing on those first couple picks are devastating for teams, I feel. I think teams, analysts, scouts, everyone, are garbage at recognizing if a player will be even NFL caliber and a team should try to just eliminate this from being a possibility by selling picks if they can find buyers.
