This is exactly what the Celtics do the last three years and has mostly worked - granted his backcourt was never full or fully healthy when it did. Usually it's between an uncontested jumpshot by Giannis or a dunk - contested/uncontested who cares at that point.

There were missed/wrong calls on both sides. I'm a Bucks fan, Kyrie fault _before_ the shot. Secondly, the NBA should take a note out of Euroleague's page: Refs should not call ticky-tacky faults the last 3 minutes and ESPECIALLY the LAST minute of the game.

Mavericks did not execute well, Bucks upped the defensive effort down the stretch. Bucks, especially Giannis, could buy a basket anytime anywhere. When Luka entered he was out of rhythm, probably tired and all his plays were _off_. He missed the two FTs, that Giannis made. Kyrie had two mental lapses that allowed Pat to shot the 3 all alone twice and he scored twice.

The bucks were the better team overall. This is a low effort game from both teams because regular season and back-to-back for the Bucks, 2nd road game for the Mavs... I mean, we shouldn't read too much into it anyway.

It was nice to see Dame and Giannis clicking, also the Bucks D suddenly _somehow worked_ at the end. Mavericks look good, I never believed Kyrie & Luka could reach this level but apparently they can.

Note for JK. Green is the best 1v1 Giannis defender on the league by IMO. However, even with Green on the team you cannot guard 1v1 for so long stretches and expect to win a game against the Bucks.

Do they still have discussions about who's better bbal player between Ayton, Luka and Young in Atlanta and Phoenix? Because in Dallas is pretty much settled...
