Disons qu'après 600 ans de colonisation intensive, le mal est déjà fait.

Yeah she was on to something with the layers, but screw it up. I’m sure the models got better since.

This monster feeds on media attention. Let's all stop relating every stupid things he says and focus on basically anything else, it will always be more positive.

Well, as long as you're happy, good for you.

I know everyone likes to bash ff, but it's still a great project.

I think most atheists I know are much closer to the christian values that the church and people who consider themselves christians are. Almost funny how a religion that's supposed to be built on sharing, tolerance and love have produce to most selfish intolerent people filled with hatred.

Idk. If you're always tired and need 10 hours of sleep everyday, there might be something wrong with your lifestyle. Being active is what gives me energy.

People who made these memes seems to have such boring lives.

I'm in my forties, went to see my 4th show of the month yesterday, I have a diner friday, a party saturday, and 2 more shows next week. Most of these are free events btw.

Meanwhile, right wing parties in Quebec are fighting against a tramway project in Quebec city, that the entire country agreed to pay for, for which we have already invested half a billion, build stations, etc. They call it "War on cars".

This is the first private message I get on Lemmy, it immediately seemed suspicious to me so I tried the famous thing.... and it worked!

I don't plan to play those so let me know what you want. If it's in the title it's available. Look in the comment someone has a Dishonoed key to give.

I'll go first.

3 options

  • Going back to 1964 to watch the Duke Ellington's Montreal show. Try to meet the man and the musicians. Hang around my city.
  • Go in the end of the 70s to meet my parents before they had kids. Grab a couple of beers and party with my young adults parents. See my uncles, etc. in their young time
  • Going to 1881 during the couple of days when Nietzsche wrote Zarathoustra. I want to discuss with guy even if he is supposed to be writing all day long. No consequence right.

What are yours?

EDIT: I'll clarify: You can't affect the timeline. It means you cant go back to try to get rich with stocks, lottery, etc. It's like going to see a movie, when you come back the world will be exactly the same. You can interact with people, but in the end, the day you spend in the past will not have existed for anyone but you, in your memories.

I love this feature on macOS, I believe you can set something similar in Gnome, but couldn't reproduce it KDE. Someone suggest mapping spacebar to open the Information panel but it's definitively not as functional. Anyone knows a widget or any way to get something similar? Also, is there a way to save my theme and settings? Cheers!
