Yeah but a Deck is a Pc, which can absolutely run Windows. Therefore, they are the same thing. A high end PC AND a steam deck feature the "Biggest game library on earth".
Doesn't even have to run well. The fact that you can attempt to play it in the first place let's it win the medal.
Any version of Playstation can't even attempt to play half the games on a deck ;).

Hell, Studio Apartments with like 500sqft were 2200 to 2400 a month already.
Last I checked you can move 50 miles from civilization and pay 600/month, but that was also the case 7 years ago.
Think its playable on a deck yet? I tried a few months back, it almost worked. (15 to 20fps, rather choppy) Id have been fine with lower FPS, but the game crashed 5 times during the opening intro, and even finally getting past that... It crashes in the next cutscene before anything even has a chance to save.
I believe you're the one who's confused. No one is walking in on you to catch you in the act. The article clearly states this is just inspections and going through the room.
Putting a do not disturb is only ignored if you're not in the room, they're still gonna knock.
Id love to see where they're busting in on your ass, show me the people they've done and ill admit I'm confused. So far it just sounds like an overinvasive form of what they already did when they cleaned the room while you may still be staying* there.
