Consider focusing on improving new technologies such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, which are becoming an increasingly integral part of the logistics industry. I recommend familiarizing yourself with supply chain software and optimization tools to streamline processes. Do not hesitate to develop strong leadership and communication skills, as effective collaboration is vital in managing complex supply chains. Be sure to follow the trends.

This makes sense if you focus on creating a unique and personalized shopping experience. I've heard from entrepreneurs who have found success by offering niche products, great customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere in their brick-and-mortar stores. It is important to carefully consider your target market, location, and the overall value proposition you can provide. Even though e-commerce is dominant, there is still a market for in-person retail, and the key is often differentiation and customer engagement. If you can find a way to enhance your existing business and offer something unique, it could have the potential to grow.

Agree, but there is a BUT. Chat GPT is great for creating a skeleton for large texts. And I love it because it gives me ideas when my mind is racing. I'm sure that GPT will develop rapidly and optimize our workflow. But these are just my thoughts.

I usually dig into questions and feedback from the audience, look for inspiration from competitors ( not to steal, but to improve). I like to follow popular topics on social media and interpret them for my users. In addition, forums like Quora and industry events are goldmines for ideas. There are many options, but the main thing is to understand your readers.
