I've been using copyparty for months, and it's just been an absolute gem. and the fact there are even iOS shortcuts to upload things you stumble across while doomscrolling is just icing on top.
For touchscreens, Gnome is great, I dunno how well it would work, but I wouldn't be sad to see someone try to make an actual fully featured Android UI replacement out of it.

The great thing about GOG is you don’t need the launcher, you can use a third party launcher like Heroic or just download the installers directly from the GOG website once you log in.
