Matt Ryan would be in the hall of he lost to the packers in the 2016 NFC championship game and 28-3 never happened. I'm not sure a single game has effected someone's legacy as much as 28-3 did his.
If Phillip Rivers gets in the hall, guys like Donovan McNabb & Tony Romo should get in too.
